The Stimulus Bill Discriminates Against People of Faith

It seems that the new stimulus package being proposed by the Democrats and President Obama has a provision to discriminate against people of faith. A section allows for federal funds to assist colleges to improve their facilities as long as worship services are not to be conducted. Onenewsnow reports:

Specifically, the provision reads that stimulus funds may not be used for "modernization, renovation, or repair of facilities -- (i) used for sectarian instruction, religious worship, or a school or department of divinity; or (ii) in which a substantial portion of the functions of the facilities are subsumed in a religious mission."

Notice the "or" between section (i) and (ii). This means that if one of the conditions are met, then the college will be faced with a choice: money or faith. Somehow this seems very appropriate to me; many "Christians" put the issue of money before their faith convictions in electing this group that controls the White House and Congress. What have we seen? We have seen that many of Obama's appointments have done things that if you and I did them, we would be in jail. So the choice is, "who are you going to serve God or money?"
