Don't Give These Companies Your Money

Before you spend your money, check the list below and if possible try to avoid them. Why? They are companies scoring a perfect 100 percent on the Human Rights Campaign's 2009 Corporate Equality Index, with policies beneficial toward homosexuals. Send a message with your money. Let them know why you don't want to do business with them. The homosexual voice is loud but ours should be louder!

I think you would have to move into Osama Bin Laden's cave to avoid doing business with all of these companies.

Actually, from this list, doing business with Bin Laden would be preferable.

I'd rather do business with bin laden than the author of this hateful post.

The post clearly says, "if at all possible," one should try to avoid doing business with these companies. Clearly, I understand that it would be almost impossible to do so completely. The point simply is that if a choice came down to a company on the list and one not and all other things being equal, why not choose the one not on the list? As to the post being hateful, it is not. All groups, including "gay rights" groups use the power of the purse to attempt to impact businesses. Why can't Christians do the same? Or are Christians second class citizens with less rights?

Rev. Jennkins,

One person's love for another person will never be morally wrong. Do you really think that you're doing the Lord's work by spreading this kind of hate and intolerance? Guess what? I'm going to go and buy products and shares in these companies because they've demonstrated Christian tenets by showing respect to their fellow man. Blow it out your arse old man.

To isle782003: I fail to see why someone thinks it is hate to encourage Christians to spend their money with companies that share similar values. It is not Christian love to "tolerant" sin. I have a Biblical worldview that clearly says in Psalm 5:5: "The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: thou hatest all workers of iniquity." I believe Biblical love mandates that you tell people that their actions are sending them to hell and that they need to repent. If you think to the contrary, I defend your right to have your own opinion. Regarding your last comment, your mother should have taught you better.

After considering the strong opposition to this posting, I would like to suggest that those that oppose this position read "The Marketing of Evil" by David Kupelian. I am convinced more than ever that many sincere people do not understand the homosexual movement and its ultimate goal. Disgree if you desire, but do not result to personal insults, as it shows a lack of intelligence.

To Isle782003,

First things first. This was not a hateful post. The author was simply informing those who share the same Christian ideals, values, and morals, of the many companies that don't. Do yourself a favor and ACTUALLY read the Bible and see what it has to say about issues such as murder(abortion), homosexuality, idolatry, sexual immorality etc....The truth is that you probably either haven't read it or you've read it and rejected it. Christ himself said that very few will inherit the Kingdom of God compared to those will perish and suffer in hell. I can guarantee you that the Barry, the author of this blog, has probably prayed for you already. It is true that Christ died for the sins of mankind, but you have to choose that forgiveness and live ACCORDING to his will and by his laws.

Last but not least. It's a little known fact that when you're engaged in some sort of debate and leave the issue and start attacking the character of the other person then you've lost the debate. Stick to the subject and stay away from character attacks because it makes you look foolish and ignorant.

Barry keep up the good work and God bless you my friend.

Todd
